First confirm the robot is powered on, then confirm no other APP version is running in the background on the controller. If both checks pass, check whether walls, metal, or other obstacles block the path, whether you are within normal communication range (15 m), and whether electromagnetic interference is present. After clearing interference, try reconnecting.
