After-Sales Terms
About the warranty period
- After you purchase a complete unit and related products, the warranty period starts on the day you receive the goods.
- If your product is out of warranty, you may still obtain our help by purchasing additional service.
- During the warranty period, unauthorized modification, disassembly, or opening of the enclosure will void the warranty immediately.
Repair conditions
Depending on the situation, we will repair your product or replace parts accordingly. However, The following are not covered by free warranty：
- Beyond the warranty period;
- Damage caused by improper use (such as drops, crushing, liquid immersion, or rough handling);
- Failures caused by using non-original accessories;
- Damage caused by human factors unrelated to inherent product quality;
- Damage occurring after unauthorized modification, disassembly, or opening of the enclosure;
- Damage caused by incorrect installation, use, or operation not following the manual;
- Damage caused by self-repair or part replacement without official guidance;
- Damage caused when the robot collides with people or objects in complex environments;
- Damage caused when users develop on the robot with their own programs in developer mode.
Other terms
- You are responsible for outbound shipping when returning a product. If the issue is a product quality defect, we will cover inspection, materials, labor, and return shipping.
- If inspection finds the product does not qualify for free repair, you may choose paid repair or return of the original unit; return shipping for the original unit is at your expense.
- Product repair may cause data loss; please back up your data first.
- Do not return severely damaged battery packs. If we receive them, such packs will be scrapped and will not be returned.
